Known for his witty and supportive character Dean Kansky on the hit TV series Entourage, Piven is an accomplished actor with a diverse filmography that has seen him take on comedic and dramatic roles alike.

He began his career as a cast member on HBO’s Larry Sanders Show for several seasons, playing head writer Jerry. His work on the series was well received and it gave him the chance to star in several films, including Sin City – A Dame to Kill For from directors Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez, Todd Phillips’ Old School, Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down, Peter Chelsom’s Serendipity, Guy Ritchie’s Rock N Rolla, and Cameron Crowe’s Singles.
